Description
CallisonRTKL is seeking a graphic designer to join its Healthcare
Practice Group in the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for providing graphic design services for the healthcare
marketing department. The graphic design professional
will work closely with designers and architects, collaborate with
marketing and communication team members as well as studio practice
leaders to develop creative graphic solutions while ensuring quality and
consistency of materials.
Responsibilities

Designs and produces a wide range of materials related to architecture, design and marketing

Develops and produces creative communication designs for
primarily print distribution but also digital distribution (including,
but not limited to, brochures, email promotions, social media, posters,
exhibitions and tablets)

Interprets and applies brand standards consistently to all materials produced

Collaborates with internal clients to develop graphic design
approaches for materials, programs and presentations necessary to
accomplish marketing and business plan goals

Performs basic graphic-related tasks, including illustrations, animations and image editing

Responds to needs of marketing team as required for challenging deadlines
-
Works closely with the communications team to appropriately represent the CallisonRTKL brand
-
Follows the direction of marketing manager and design manager

Assists with photo shoot and award submission coordination
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Advertising or related field
-
A minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience in a visual communications related environment

Demonstrated creativity and strong conceptual and visual communications skills

Advanced typography, print production and pre-flight skills

Expert knowledge of InDesign

Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint

Knowledge of printing process, including setting up documents
for print and communicating production specifications with printers

Good written and verbal communication

Ability to
translate architectural design concepts and processes into graphics
(including, but not limited to, organizational charts, schedules,
tables, charts and infographics)

Ability to synthesize complex ideas into easily understandable visuals

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
-
Ability to be organized and manage priorities and time
-
Experience in Architecture or Interior Design field preferred

Corporate experience with global company preferred
