Who we’re hiring:

Our Account Managers acrossCanadaplay a front-line role in developing and securing commitment from business leaders within their region to take action on climate change through renewable energy purchases. Together with a local marketing coordinator, you will take ownership of theBritish Columbiaregion (primarilyVancouverarea) and drive sales results. To be successful, you will be a proven, high-performing sales professional with a keen strategic sense for aligning value to client needs. An understanding of how and why businesses build reputational equity through social action is essential, as is the ability to match our creative solutions with a client’s business needs.

With experience selling high-value solutions, your stand-out sales performance will be coupled with an uncompromising commitment to integrity and a genuine desire to make a difference in the world.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Proactive, outbound selling to organizations using a consultative selling approach
  • Representing the company at key industry networking events
  • Conceptualizing and developing creative solutions that align with customer values and business drivers
  • Developing and delivering compelling pitches that win prospects’ attention and drive new business
  • Fully leveraging the power of salesforce.com to capture and leverage customer intelligence
  • Creating, targeting and nurturing a select list of accounts to drive revenue
  • Gathering market information to aid in the sales process
  • Negotiating and closing high-value contracts
  • Nurturing and developing long-term relationships with accounts to drive value for the client and Bullfrog brand
